It also focuses on how couples may react and rebuild their relationships after they have hurt one other.

It provides couples with skills for identifying little moments to enhance their attachment. It purposefully removes barriers that cause couples to feel trapped in negative loops. 

During these sessions, you and your partner will meet with me together.
