Your Wellbeing Is In Good Hands

Have a particular life obstacle you’re trying to overcome? Sometimes, seeking help from a therapist is the best way to put things into perspective. As a committed, professional counsellor in East Sussex, your well-being and mental strength is my number one priority. I’m happy to support you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.

What To Expect At Your Visit

Learn About My Methods

I implement effective counselling methods to facilitate self-understanding and encourage the adoption of new attitudes and feelings towards yourself and life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from both you and me. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, anxiety and pain can bring life-altering results.

I have over 10 years experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of difficulties (mental health/carers/school attendance issues, anxiety, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, low mood, extreme worries, stress, anger, emotional abuse), with a person centred approach.
